Unnecessary black window appears on minimising browser window using keyboard shortcut.

Chrome Version: 60.0.3110.0 (Official Build) 0d764046b1e7ea6eb145e2aa39a88a6d0ac3e714-refs/heads/master@{#474499} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and open a New Tab.
2) Press Windows + N, then press Windows + M (to minimize browser window) and observe.

Black window appears on minimizing the window using Windows + M.

No such black window should appear.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0)

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.
