Chrome Settings page doesn't load properly when showing the Advanced Settings page

Chrome Version       : 60.0.3107.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Platform             : 9582.0.0 - Candy


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  click on Chrome Menu => Settings 
(2)  click on "Show advanced settings" 
(3)  check the Privacy or Language  fields. 


What is the expected result?
The page should be loaded without the issue.

What happens instead?
Some of strings/buttons are not displayed.  The strings/buttons appear after I move the cursor to these strings/buttons. 


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
