[wifi_perf] [Snappy] [sp2] low throughput for ch001_modeHT20_none_PSoff_tcp_tx test

ch001_modeHT20_none_PSoff_tcp_tx_throughput
M57 Result(M57-9199.0.0)--> 96.38 Mbps

M58 Results M58-9331.0.0 --> 25.11 Mbps ( Around 73% drop) 

I will check perf on latest R60 and update the issue.

Similar failures for the following tests on the same setup. 
1)  ch157_modeHT20_psk_PSoff TCP Tx 
M57 --> 99.59
M58 --> 23.59

2) ch157_modeHT40p_psk_PSoff TCP Tx 
M56  --> 192.70 (This test was failing on M57) 
M58  --> 25.06/ 2nd run 26.37 previous

I'm not able to reproduce the results:

ch001_modeHT20_none_PSoff_tcp_tx_throughput
R57 Results (R57-9199.0.0) --> 91.57 Mbps
R58 Results (R58-9331.0.0) --> 98.74 Mbps

Maybe it's a hardware or setup issue?

Not 1758, I ran it in our test-cell.

I ran it on a local device, but it turns out it was the wrong board.
