Issue descriptionDevice name: LG V20, Nexus From "Settings > About Chrome" Application version: 58, 59 Operating system: Above API 22 URLs (if applicable): All the youtube video source Steps to reproduce: (1)Implement the webview activity (2)Get a youtube video link, trying to make it full screen (3)Using the latest chrome version in User-Agent, 58.0.3029.83 Expected result: Full screen can be implemented like using chrome version 57 Actual result: The fullscreen cannot be closed and if it's forcefully closed it will lead to the unstable webview result. This behavior is only called for youtube video.

Unable to repro on LG V20 (NRD90M) with Monochrome stable 59.0.3071.92 mentioned in #1 however on the same build on bing search youtube videos on full screen does not play video but audio is heard which i will track in another bug . Please assign back to me if further groundwork to be done.Removing Needs-bisect label.
