Autofill is offered but doesn't populate fields on secure.actblue.com

App Version:59.0.3071.61
iOS Version: iOS10.3.2
Device: iPhone7 Plus

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Load the URL (on a device where you are signed into a profile with autofill)
  2. Tap on email field
  3. Tap on the suggested email address in the soft keyboard tools bar

Observed results:
Nothing is populated in the email field, the field turns red denoting required but empty field.

Expected results:
Field is populated with autosuggested email.

Observed behavior in Chrome Mobile on Android: Works on Android
