Issue descriptionVERSION Version 55.0.2883.95 (64-bit) (stable) Operating System: OS X 10.12.5 REPRODUCTION CASE Install Lastpass extension. Sync extensions with google. Remove Lastpass. Remove all profiles from Chrome. Sync / unsync a few times by logging in / removing chrome user. Restart Chrome 5 months later with blank default profile. Lastpass is now installed back. No extension should ever reinstall itself after it's removed under ANY circumstances. Also, tried to report this through Chrome, but your captcha doesn't work. You already knew that though.

I'm sorry this happened, that's a terrible experience. I completely agree that they shouldn't come back. It's possible this is already fixed, given that your current Chrome version is 3 milestones behind, and you initially deleted it 5 months ago. But, if you give written permission in this bug I can look into your server side data and see if anything looks actionable about this extension coming back. Also, if you delete/recreate your local profile and enable sync, is it still reinstalling Lastpass?
