What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/settings/contact?polygerrit=1
(2) Change from chromium.org to another address as preferred
(3) Save changes

What is the expected result?
Radio button will change.

What happens instead?
Radio button position changed, but all addresses listed are the one that I changed to! See screenshot. I had to switch to the old UI (second screenshot) in order to change it back.

Notice: I have linked chromium.org and webrtc.org accounts.
