location.hash changes from javascript are not immediately reflected in navigation stack history.

App Version: 60.0.3109.0 canary
iOS Version: 10.3.2, 10.3.3
Device: iPhone, iPad

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome Canary
  2. Navigate to above URL
  3. Wait for some time and tap on "Stop Hashes"
  4. Long tap on browser back button
 
Observed results: History stack shows only New tab. Once if the tab is closed and reopened from 'Recent Tabs' then the list is updated correctly.
Working fine in Safari and Firefox.
 
Expected results: All the entries should be displayed correctly in the tab history.

Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not tested
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NO, Safari: NO

Chrome for iOS does not show history items which are either client or server redirect. We should take a look what desktop does here:
1.) Do they mark hash changes as PAGE_TRANSITION_CLIENT_REDIRECT
2.) Do they show PAGE_TRANSITION_CLIENT_REDIRECT items in UI
