Issue descriptionChrome Version : 58.0.3029.110 URLs (if applicable) : originally gmail, but is now happening all over the place, seemingly unrelated to URL OS version : 10.12.5 Behavior in Firefox (if applicable): works fine What steps will reproduce the problem? This does not seem to be reproduceable with ease. It seems to happen at random, and requires fully closing and reopening the browser (not just the tab) in order to get it working again. What is the expected result? That I will be able to right-click and have the right-click menu appear, or that I will be able to CMD+C to copy. What happens instead? Literally nothing.

Thank you for such a quick response! Sorry for my delay in replying. I've been using Firefox for a long time, and only switched to using Chrome full-time in the last couple weeks. I'd noticed it before, but it was so rare that it didn't bug me much, usually just when I was working in Gmail. Last week (and since) I've rarely worked a day without it happening. I don't believe I've installed any new extensions recently. I can give you a list of what I do have installed though: Adblock Plus (1.13.2), Application Launcher for Google Drive (3.2), Dashlane Secure Password Manager (4.7.2), G Suite New Tab (1.7.1), Ghostery (7.2.1.3), Google Calendar (2.7), Google Docs (0.9), Google Docs Offline (1.4), Google Sheets (1.1), Google Slides (0.9), GQueues Chrome Extension (1.1.2), and GQueues for Gmail (1.0.9). I have not gotten a chance to try Cmd+T, but will the next time it happens and let you know. Of course now that I'm typing this, none of the tabs are having this issue. :) Copy/paste/right-click does not always work in the omnibox when this happens. I believe if I remember correctly that it nearly always also stops working, because that's often when I notice it the most, trying to copy and paste a URL into an email or form.

Can you provide a more complete description of the problem? Where you are copy/pasting/trying to invoke the contextual menu, what exactly happens when you try (beep, etc.).
