kapersky safe money protected browser not working on beta or canary

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open protected site using safe money
2. protected browser will  not open site
3. error message on initial tab used to try and open site

What is the expected behavior?
a new protected browser should open.
currently the stable version opens in a protected browser, however the "protection" doesn't actually work  

What went wrong?
see above

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.71  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

59.0.3071.71 - beta version
60.0.3109.0 - canary

Could you please provide a sample URL to test this issue from chrome TE end.

You can see the run error for the URL I was attempting to use on the screen
shot below.  Another browser comes up that is supposed to be in “safe
money” and the URL in that browser was:
