Unordered list spacing between bullet and text is wrong when using list-style-position: inside

Reported by jake.e.w...@gmail.com, May 24 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Open up the following Test Case:

https://jsfiddle.net/uose41kj/

As you can see, the unordered list that uses `list-style-position: inside` has too much space between the bullets and the text.

What is the expected behavior?
The spacing should be the same as when you are not using `list-style-position: inside`.

What went wrong?
There is too much space being added.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version:

This works as expected in Safari, Firefox, etc. Open the same JSFiddle in those browsers and you will see that the spacing is correct in those browsers.

FYI, this is similar to and may be related to issue #585381, but I believe it is different, as that other issue doesn't appear to be specific to `list-style-type: inside`.
