Create EG Test for History search while synced.

 crbug.com/716349  occurred because this wasn't covered. 

This test requires an internet connection, so will touch base with baxle and/or Yuke in order to find the best way of doing it. A Franky test could be an option?

EG tests can require/use internet connections, just put such a test in the external URL test suite.
