Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.137 YaBrowser/17.4.1.715 (beta) Yowser/2.5 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome on a monitor with 1.25 scale factor 2. Go to https://permission.site and click on Notifications. Permission bubble will appear. 3. Drag browser window around What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The bubble sometimes gets a black border around itself. It's possible to find a spot where the black border will persist (until you drag the window again), but it's fiddly to find, so I didn't do it in an attached screencast. Did this work before? Yesterday, suddenly, black edges emerged around pictures, boxes, videos etc. in Chrome. The same thing is in incognito. I've tried emptying cache. The same thing is in cannary. Also, I've tried disabling extensions and disabling hardware accelarator. This is annoying AF. Please help!

Seeing black boxes that appear, as I move the mouse to different areas on web site on my Toshiba C655 Satelite laptop, for several months now on sites pulled up thru Chrome browser. Will try Canary, I guess. Have google version 66.0.3359.181 (official build) (64 bit) I just did an update--have to see if that fixes it after I implement the update. Have Windows 10 Home, Version 1803, Installed 5/22/2018, OS build 17134.48 . The black boxes were showing on sites pulled on google before and after the latest Microsoft 10 update--5-22-2018 robertgeo4700@gmail.com

THis is getting to be more and more problematic for me. All my computers now have the black and rectangular squares flashing and appearing all over the screen. They are making it hard to work. This should be an easy fix if so many people are having it, right? I have cleaned my cache, cookies, etc, but am not tech savvy enough to really understand the rest. THis is happening on windows 10 and older versions as well. |
