Crash when sign in chrome

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install browser on windows 10 x64 and update everything to the latest version
2. Use a proxy that requires authentication
3. Launch chrome  and choose to "sign in chrome"

What is the expected behavior?
Login dialog

What went wrong?
chrome crashes on login dialog initialization

Crashed report ID: 

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

log in account on web pages is successful.

Doesn't look like a network issue - UI thread crash.  Suspect this is an issue in LoginHandler, though could also be an issue in modal dialog logic or InterstitialPageImpl.
