For an easier test case, you can see here: http://cross-stitch-world-game.com/html/mouse_wheel.html Mouse wheeling over the pink area when not in fullscreen traces out the MouseEvents. In fullscreen, those events are never received.

We have the same problem of not being able to use the touchscreen fullscreen. I'm not sure if this is a Chrome or Flash bug, I filed a bug report with Adobe earlier. No response yet. See https://tracker.adobe.com/#/view/FP-4198432

I have the same problem with using the mouse wheel to scroll in and out while in full screen in Farm Town. Other players have reported the same issue in the Farm Town Forums. To clarify, this is not the same as making text/graphics larger, also done by Ctrl +. It started approximately May 3, right after updating Chrome. Since then, Chrome has been updated once again, with no change. At the suggestion of Rochelle in the Help Center, I also tried installing Chrome Canary, but had the same results there. I have checked to make sure Flash was updated, even though we assume that it is automatic in Chrome. |
