Issue descriptionChrome Version:60.0.3108.0 dev OS:Windows 7,Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome >> Hover the mouse near View site information and Observe (Kindly refer video) Actual:Unnecessary focus appear near View site information Expected:No such unnecessary focus should be seen.
