Issue descriptionChrome Version: (copy from chrome://version) OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Messages logged before the DevTools were opened are not rendered properly (e.g. reload DevTools and see the messages disappear). (2) Only the "Array of arrays" example from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Console/table works.
