SoftwareRenderer::SetClipRect DCHECK failed

Project Member Reported by michaelbai@chromium.org, May 23 2017

Issue description

Increase font to largest, by going to setting - Accessibility - Font size.

1.Launch AGSA with any test account
2.Search for 'Google Translate'
3.When 'Translate one box' shows up in SRP change device orientation and observe

Got below DCHECK failed with my local build.

[FATAL:software_renderer.cc(147)] Check failed: current_canvas_->getDeviceClipBounds().height() == current_canvas_->imageInfo().height() (1336 vs. 1480)

Could this relate to https://buganizer.corp.google.com/issues/38460838 ?
I got the DCHECK error when reproduced

The bug in #1 and #2 probably are not directly related to this DCHECK() failure, but both of them seem clips issue and hit the DCHECK.

Please be sure to review the b/ bug in c#2 above, there are many add'l details there.

works fine for me, I only have a nexus 6p with me right now, but trunk build, on O so with multiprocess, with that particular DCHECK turned into a release check.

need more precise instructions I guess

From my experience, AGSA issue is 100% reproduced once increase font to largest in Android O, but it could be depend on device, becomes a little bit tricky.

Please follow the bug in #2, it is also 100% reproduced.

red herring from internal bug, maybe re-open if there's more consistent repro
