Enable audiovideo_AVSync running in the lab

The audiovideo_AVSync was implemented to benchmark A/V sync for Chrome OS and ARC++ (via a video player app). Design docs:

Should enable it to run in the lab gradually and stabilize the test to 100% green. Let's add it to the "suite:chameleon_audio" since the setup is very similar to audio_AudioBasicHDMI.

Assigned to vsuley@ who takes the ownership of this end-to-end AV sync test. Another playback quality test, i.e. video_PlaybackQuality, is tracked in  issue 771383 .
