conformance2/textures/image_data/'tex-3d-rgb565-rgb-unsigned_short_565.html fails on Linux AMD R7 240

It's been failing for a while and it's hard to tell which CL triggered it.

Add it to expectations to get the bot green.

Likely we won't have time looking into this.
