BattOr Agent Builders not building BattOr agent binary

I downloaded the build archive from the newest 3 runs today, and none contained a BattOr agent binary. 

Old Run:

So, I think the difference that is causing it is that it use to be passed the build target 'All' and now it isn't. We can either pass it All, or pass it battor_agent.

Stephen, where can I change what targets are passed to ninja for this bot?
