Bad strings in "My Account" view (written in double).

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3108.0
OS: 10.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open settings
(2) Click on your account
(3) Click on your account (under "Signed in to Google as")

What happens instead?

Most of the strings are displayed twice, like "Remove account from this device".

jlebel enabled Double Length Pseudolanguage within Xcode. The weird thing is that it doesn't work for Chrome's strings, only SSOAuth strings. Maybe it only works when the code calls NSLocalizedString (which Chrome code doesn't)?

Any way this is not a bug.
