Double click text selection spans around two divs

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Double click on the '1111111111111'

What is the expected behavior?
Just the content of the clicked div is selected.

What went wrong?
The content of the adjacent div was also selected.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 60.0.3109.0  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Sorry, but this was on development channel instead of stable.

Still repros in Canary.

It works as expected using the javascript Selection API. It happens when the div has the position absolute or fixed.

I guess that the bug pass by SelectionController::HandleDoubleClick and SelectionController::SelectClosestWordFromHitTestResult.
