Regression: Unwanted moment is seen in 'Audits' section after hovering mouse on chevron icon.

Chrome Version : 60.0.3107.4 (Official Build) ffa07b070c2b1dc5dd7c22bc8694f497bee5d538-refs/branch-heads/3107@{#6} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows (7,8,10), Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools and navigate to Audits section.
(2) Switch between sections(e.g. Network and Audits) and then hover mouse on chevron icon.
(3) Observe in Audits section

Actual: Unwanted moment is seen after hovering mouse on chevron icon.

Expected: No such moment should seen seen.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-60', will soon update the other info:
