No notification shown when granting access to a file system in auto launch session mode.

The code should, but doesn't show the notification. We do still show the confirmation dialog in manual session mode, though.

We should check why the notification is not shown first, maybe because the notification center is not available in session mode? If that's the case we might consider adding a different type of notification.

Hey Tomasz, I think we may have hit a similar issue: our notifications used to display, and now they don't. I filed  crbug.com/729179 .
