Interacting with dropdown menus crashes headless Chrome on Mac

Issue description

Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: Mac Os

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In headless navigate to loging.yahoo.com/account/create
(2) Try to open drowdown
(3) Headless chrome crashes
