1. Search for a Russian word in another language in the omnibox (e.g. Пионы)
2. Observe Translate bar appear on the search results. Don't click on it.
3. Now search for an English keyword in the search box.
4. Observe the Translate bar persist, continuing to state that the page is in Russian where's it's in fact in English.
