I'm still not too familiar with Sponge's format, but it seems that the raw log files are not available. This seems to be the most obvious error message being shown for the test failures:
Unhandled LoginException: Timed out going through login screen. Cryptohome not mounted. OOBE not dismissed. 

Could this be related to  issue 589754 ?

The signature looks similar to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=712369 which we just fixed, I double checked that the DUT this ran on does not have the oem_device_requisition VPD entry. It is a long shot but I kicked off another suite at http://cautotest.corp.google.com/afe/#tab_id=view_job&object_id=119241266 to see if this is a flake out.

Indeed, maybe we had a race where some of the DUTs did not reboot with the modified VPD for this test?
