Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 9569.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3105.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9569.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel kevin Steps to reproduce the problem: In Beta, Dev, and now Canary channels, ten point multi-touch is nonfunctional on my Kevin device. It worked completely in stable and in beta touch input was limited to android apps. Pen input still works as expected. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The following screenshot shows the areas of functionality, red being the outline of where my finger registers a touch, and blue being the (fully functional) pen. This was made in Keep, but it is the same regardless of whether it is a web site, app, or android app. Did this work before? Yes 57.0.2987.154 Chrome version: 60.0.3105.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 9569.0.0 Flash Version: 26.0.0.110 /opt/google/chrome/pepper/libpepflashplayer.so
