Rietvield seems to still be using the Buildbot JSON API

See https://chromium.googlesource.com/infra/infra/+/master/appengine/chromium_rietveld/codereview/models_chromium.py#73 , I was trying to understand why a bot that I've added recently to tryserver.chromium.win (win_pgo_x64) wasn't showing up in Rietvield and it seems to be because the script that update the list of trybots is still relying on the old Json API.

Given this bug’s priority, it’s unlikely this will be fixed since Rietveld has been deprecated in favor of Gerrit (https://polygerrit.appspot.com).

Is there another way to add a bot to the list of trybots that appear in Rietveld? (e.g. a file to manually edit somewhere)
