– corrupted in title bar

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit https://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2720
2. See the title bar shows corrupted  – after the ticket number 2720

What is the expected behavior?
– should be shown as "-"

What went wrong?
Title tag not displayed correctly in title bar of browser

<title>2720 &ndash; Include username in &quot;Permission denied (publickey).&quot; message</title>

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable

Tested in chrome # 58.0.3029.110,Canary #60.0.3111.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference.

@Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

Hello

I wonder if you use latest LTS Gnome Ubuntu desktop is the problem reproducible?

Not sure how to create a new Chrome profile, but I don't think it is related to my extensions AdblockPlus

Unable to reproduce in latest Chrome 59.0.3071.109 (Official Build) (64-bit), in my existing profile, or a new one.

On Ubuntu I launched a new test profile

google-chrome --profile-directory=test

https://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2720
