Big robot (Android) broken?

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. google.com/return-1
2. broken android!
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The right thing would be the browser show the google bar

What went wrong?
404 error with a broken robot

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? No

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

the search engine works if we put data like below:
google\host\adm:https://google.com/return-1

Would you add more information about the reproduce steps?  What does "broken android!" mean?

So why do your think what you observed is a Chrome browser bug?
