Store IPAddress instead of IPEndPoint in HostCache

HostCache entries contain an AddressList, which is a list of IPEndPoint, not IPAddress. The difference is that IPEndPoint includes the port, but the port isn't meaningful for HostCache entries. Changing it could potentially save around 10 KB of memory when the HostCache is full.
