This should have been fixed on canary based on the version number I sent in the email.  Shakti can you confirm?  Thanks!

rachelis@ I'm going to mark this as fixed.  Checking on 60.0.3107.0 (today's canary) doesn't show the offset.  Let me know if you still see it thanks!
