Arabic text entered in Find in page field(which already contains previous search text) is not displaying the text in RTL.

Project Member Reported by rakurati@chromium.org, May 22 2017

Issue description

App Version: 59.0.3071.63 beta
iOS Version: 10.2.1,10.3.1, 9.3.5
Device: iPhone, iPad
URL: yahoo.com

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and load any news url
2. Open Find in page, enter any text in english and close the Find in page(Don’t need to search)
3. Open the Find in page again and change the keyboard language to Arabic
4. Enter Arabic text

Observed results:
The Arabic text should be entered in RTL which is not happening.

Note:
If delete the existing text mentioned in step 2, close find in page and reopen and enter text then the entered text will follow RTL. The mentioned issue is identified only if Arabic text is entered in find in page field which already contains some text in it.

Expected results:
The Arabic language text entered from keyboard should always be displayed in RTL.
