Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add Youtube notification 
2. Add many Youtube channel to your account
3. Wait for notification to stack
4. Open the browser to have too many notification that aren't autohide and there is no way to set this.

What is the expected behavior?
Have the possibility as an avanced user to set a timeout of each notification site.

What went wrong?
Hello, For some time, I get those notification of youtube each time I open my PC. The problem is there is no timeout of those and there is no way to put a timeout somewhere. So could there be a timeout setting for notification because those who popup and keep there forever are sometime anoying.

I dont know if it would be a setting for each site you allow to notify or all notification but it would be mostly helpful to me and many other. (By the way, it's better if there is a limit for all and a limit for every custom timeout)

Example : I add youtube in my notification, I don't really care about the notification to be display forever, but for a site like facebook where I might want to see message from my friend and those notification disappear in like 5 seconds(Not real timeout). Could it be the site give a DEFAULT TIMEOUT SETTING that you can change whenever you want ? So If I want facebook to be there forever I go in setting and switch to 4294967295 seconds and if youtube I don't like to be infinite, I change it to 5 seconds.

Other suggestion: 
Could you change the size of the close button. Make it bigger or make the range of your click bigger cause it happen many time that I need to close like 5-10 notification and I miss my click and open the notification when I want to close it.
(Reason, Notification size not the same)
