Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open hardware accelaration 2. click on omnibox star, pageinfo; uninstall extenaion/app 3. the bubble/ dialog window are invisible 4. but webpage pop dialog is normal if not using hardware accelaration, the webpage performance is very poor... What is the expected behavior? show normal as not open as hardware accelaration What went wrong? bubble/ dialog window are invisible Did this work before? This issue looks similar to Issue 722091 and tested the issue on windows 10 using stable build M58 #58.0.3029.110 and issue is not reproduced. @hongdazhi-- Could you please confirmif the reported version is correct and also issue is similar to issue 722091 or not. If this is not the same , please provide us the screencast of the steps to reproduce the issue in stable. Thanks!

Tested the issue on windows 10 using chrome stable M58 #58.0.3029.110 and followed below steps : 1. Launched chrome and enabled hardware acceleration and clciked on bookmark bubble and lock icon and was able see all the bubbles. Attached screencast for reference. @hongdazhi-- Could you please check in a fresh chrome profile without any extensions and flags enabled and confirm us if we had missed any steps in reproducing the issue. Refresh chrome, reset flags, and close all extension still have this issue, maybe it is my hardware problem? Windows 10 32bit, nvidia gforce go 7300, Intel core duo t2450 If use chromium version 60, this problem can be solve! Every invisible can be seen.

Tested the issue on windows 10 32 bit with NVIDIA Quadro 600 using chrome M58 #58.0.3029.110 and unable to reproduce the issue. @MTV team-- Could anyone from MTV team look into this as inhouse team doen't have the mentioned hardware by user inc omment #8. Thanks!
