Slow other search engines

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have more than 300 search engines in the list
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Really slow rendering/responsiveness
Hard batch removal

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: Arch Linux

Tested in chrome # 58.0.3029.110 on Ubuntu 14.04 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference.

@Reporter:Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations,sample steps and expected behaviour of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

JS snippet for reference: document.querySelectorAll('#other-search-engine-list .row-delete-button').length

Now that I have only 20 rows it is fast, but I had more than 400 accumulated during days of usage and didn't care/remove/maintain auto-added search engines

Having multiple removal option for example via checkboxes would be handy
