Issue description

Chrome Version : 58.0.3029.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS version : Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (10.0.10586)

Drawing on multiple HTML5 canvases result in some artifacts.

The example is simple:
There are two layers (div elements contains canvases): "#Layer2" and "#layer2".

I reproduced the bug on four computers (Dell Precision 7510), but only when Intel Graphics 530 is active card. The bug doesn't exist when I switch to Nvidia card. The only browser for which problem exists is Google Chrome.

normalLayer: layer1.png
mouseOverLayer: layer2.png

What is the expected result?
expected.png

What is the actual result?
actual.png

Open canvasArtifactsBug.html to draw these two layers (no actions required)

Please delete this bug. I will create new with summary and category.
