Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Add an event listener to chrome.tabs.onRemoved. 2. Open 2 or more tabs. 3. Close an inactive tab. What is the expected behavior? Event listener function will fire What went wrong? Event listener function does not fire. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 I am troubleshooting problems with https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dont-close-window-with-la/dlnpfhfhmkiebpnlllpehlmklgdggbhn. I do not know how to make a test case myself.

I'm the author of the mentioned extension. Chrome's tabs.onRemoved works just fine for me and the mentioned issue is probably a bug in my extension (I have no previous experience with JS so I probably forgot to handle some optional fields, undefineds etc.).
