This app is not enabling on Android 7

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Steps to reproduce:
(1) I am trying to enable it bt it is not enabling
(2) due to this problem I m not able to pay via any app like paytm, IRCTC, my Airtel app

Hello

This is working as intended.

Android system Web view is disabled after 7.o update. In 7.0 chrome (monochrome) provides the webview functionality, and the webview package is disabled. If you disable chrome, webview will be enabled, and start receiving updates. But in the default situation (which you're currently in), when you receive a chrome update, you also implicitly receive a webview update.

Please file a new report if you see any other issues.
