Contextual menus no longer work in version 58

Reported by w.mark.k...@gmail.com, May 21 2017

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Greetings,

Here we go again ...
Contextual Menus no longer working in Chrome (v58).

Last February, I reported an issue (683630) where the contextual menus stopped working after upgrading to from Chrome v54 to v55. The issue was eventually resolved after upgrading to v56 and everything worked fine.

Then in April, the contextual menus stopped working again after upgrading to from Chrome v56 to v57 and I reported an issue (712205) again, describing the same scenario as before:

When accessing my online email client, I used to be able to press and hold on the Trash folder until I heard a 'beep', release, and then select a second time to get contextual menu. Since the last Chrome update (v58), this has stopped working. However, it still works when using the Samsung browser.

Hardware / Software Information:
 Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 4
 O/S: Android 6.0.1
 Chrome: 57.0.2987.132

Please advise.

Thanks,
Mark
