While we're still stabilizing android stuff, assigning to Ben.

I uploaded but never landed cl/155146415. That'll battery temp alerts for speed devices. I'll work on landing it when I get a chance.

We're currently monitoring and alerting on battery temps in our labs. I think this can be closed.
