Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome 2. Move mouse around tab bar, URL bar, menus, etc. What is the expected behavior? UI elements should not flicker. What went wrong? UI elements flicker based on how mouse is moved around. Did this work before? Yes This started yesterday, so whatever Canary version was out two days ago. Chrome version: 60.0.3104.1 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: The repro video is too large to be an attachment, so I posted it to YouTube: https://youtu.be/BwEg1pQO0Ro

Yeah, looks like it. Weird, #724749 didn't come up when I searched for "flicker".

Same problem Canary 60.0.3104.0 x64 Win10 Pro latest i5 3570K gtx 970 16GB RAM Occurs in full screen or as a docked or undocked window. I did notice that maximizing and restoring down would refresh the window to show correctly until you moused over it again when the issue would reappear.

Probable duplicate - Issue 724583 . ==> anders.t ..... I also have not been getting updates for Canary 60.0.3104.0 (64 Bit). Tried full re-install - nada. I am tring to confirm what is the latest update for Canary 64 bit Windows. The 60.0.3105.1 & 60.0.3106.1 mentioned by rra ... are most probably 32 bit ASAN builds. In order to have a decent test base 64 bit users are randomly selected and will be updated with a 32 bit build. Usually for only one (1) update cycle. I used to freak out when I first noticed this and would uninstall Canary and then install a 64 bit build. However after I found out the reason (via a bug report) I live with the 32 bit builds till the next update. Just trying to help out :). https://blog.chromium.org/2013/05/testing-chromium-syzyasan-lightweight.html

This should be fixed on the latest Win-32 canary and Mac canary. Window 64 canary is not pushed to users since(60.0.3104.0) due to some build related issue. This looks same as Issue 724367 , hence merging into that.

Canary(60.0.3107.4 - 64 bit) with the fix for this issue is now available on Windows as well.

Updated to Version 60.0.3108.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) on Win 64 bit this AM. Problem has been resolved. |
