Android system Web view is disabled after 7.o update
 
In 7.0 chrome (monochrome) provides the webview functionality, and the webview package is disabled. If you disable chrome under Apps, webview will be enabled, and start receiving updates. But in the default situation (which you're currently in), when you receive a chrome update, you also implicitly receive a webview update.
