Facebook is slow, again

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://www.facebook.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Open Facebook
3. Observe the slow speed

What is the expected behavior?
Normal speed.

What went wrong?
Slow speed

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Previous one

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Tested the issue on ubuntu 16.04 using chrome M58 #58.0.3029.110 and followed below steps :

1. Opened chrome and logged into facebook.com
2. Observed normal speed and compared with firefox browser and didn't observe any difference.

Attached screencast for reference.

@fwd079-- Could you please check attached screencast and confirm us if we had missed any steps in reproducing the issue . Please check in fresh chrome profile without any extensions and flags enabled and update us with your observations with a screencast.
