Chrome app is automatically deleting old files to create space

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. If required space is not left on device and app is downloading/writing more content 2. Chrome OS automatically delete old files to make space for the new ones. What is the expected behavior? Expecting some permission/configuration to stop this behavior and show user an error in case space is not left on chromebook What went wrong? Old content is wiped-off from the system. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0
