address bar suggestion dropdown doesn't move when the address bar moves

What steps will reproduce the problem?
when using chrome in mac in full screen mode (of mac), and typing something in the address bar pulls up the dropdown with suggestions. at the same time, if you move mouse to the top of the screen to show the  menu bar, then drop down doesn't move but the address bar moves down and is obstructed behind the drop down.

What is the expected result?
the dropdown also should move down

What happens instead?
dropdown doesn't move and only the address bar moves and makes it obstructed in view

Thank you for the report. This also happens with the profile menu Dropdown.

Safari has the same behavior/issue with the Address Bar Dropdown.
