Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Click Chrome menu icon at top right corner
3. Move mouse over the list of items up and down.

What is the expected behavior?
No flickering.

What went wrong?
Flickering. (See attachment)

Did this work before? Yes Does not happen in Chrome 58
