Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3029.110 OS: All What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Load attached file What is the expected result? #container scroll area should end at #target bottom. What happens instead? #container scroll area extends below #target bottom. It uses #target position before position:relative to compute overflow area.
